With accommodation all on one level, this pretty little semi-detached cottage provides a great spot for a relaxing holiday near the coast.

 

Conveniently set in a quiet location between Looe and Polperro, this beautifully-presented semi-detached holiday cottage is on a level plot in a small complex of 12 similar properties which share a heated, outdoor swimming pool. Surrounded by pretty, communal gardens and well-maintained grounds, Hedgehog's Home is just 1.5 miles from the coast and the scenic cove at Talland Bay. The village of Pelynt is about a mile away and has a well-stocked village store, as well as The Jubilee Inn which serves fine ales and good food.

 

An ideal base from which to explore the spectacular coast and the countryside, the beautiful Bodmin Moor can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car, and the famous Eden Project is a similar distance away.

 

Set overlooking the heated swimming pool, Hedgehog's Home provides a comfortable place to relax away from the bustle of the busy coastal towns but close enough to enjoy what the area has to offer.

 

Accommodation ALL ON ONE level.

Kitchen Area: Fitted kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and coffee maker

Living/Dining Room: Dining table and chairs for 4, 2 x two seater sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD, DAB radio and Bluetooth music speaker, view to pool area

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside unit, set of drawers and wardrobe

Shower Room: Shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail

 

Swimming pool: The outdoor, heated pool is shared between the 12 cottages and is available from 1st May to 30th September. This is an un-manned pool and guests are responsible for their own safety. No children under 4.5 years allowed in the pool area.

 

Garden & parking: Allocated parking for 1 car. Additional visitor car parking spaces also available, Beautifully-maintained communal gardens with garden furniture and barbecue area. Bistro table and chairs for cottage.

 

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric heating and additional convector heaters.

Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels or they can be hired locally.

Baby Equipment: Children over 2 years welcome, however no children under 4.5 years allowed in the pool area.

TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.

​

You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

​

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. We reserve the right to pre-hold the full amount on booking.

Your payment method will be charged in full prior to arrival.

​

You will be able to choose any one of the following TWO options if you cancel your booking because UK government public health measures mean that it is unlawful to travel to or make use of the accommodation you booked.

FULL REFUND

​

• We will refund you the full amount you have paid for your booking as per terms above.

• Transfer to a later date if possible.

• ​

Subject to availability, we will help you move your booking to a later date, but please be aware that if the cost of your new accommodation is higher than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference.

Should we cancel your booking, we will give a full refund.
