The actual free cancellation period is 14 days before arrival.


We ask for payment 15 days before arrival.


However, If your postcode, our postcode or both postcodes are officially lockdown, then anytime within the 14 day period before arrival, we would of course refund you in full.


This though, does not count should you be self-isolating, suffering from an other illness or any other reason.


In these instances we would actively try and rebook your accommodation for you and refund you the amount we were able to let it out for.
